STAFF

NIRA - Office Manager
Nira, a native of Canada, has called Arizona home since 1994. She has an Associates Degree in Accounting and Finance. Nira has been with Solera Dental since the office opened in 2006. Her friendly, outgoing personality helps patients feel at ease during their visit, right from the moment they walk in the door. She is always available to answer any insurance or dental questions you may have.

Nira is married and has a teenage daughter. She loves to spend her spare time with family and friends. Her other interests are hiking, traveling and interior decorating.

MICHELLE - Hygienist
Michelle recently moved to Arizona with her family. She graduated from Allegany College of Maryland with an Associate of Arts degree in Dental Hygiene in 2000. She has been providing preventative dental hygiene services within the field of General Dentistry for approximately 9 years. Michelle is dedicated to helping patients understand the connection between oral health and whole-body health. She graduated from St. Petersburg College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene.

Michelle has two young children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding, swimming, hiking and photography.

BETTY JO - Dental Assistant
Betty Jo is an Arizona native and currently resides in Maricopa. She started her Dental Assisting career with Solera Dental in October 2007. Since then she has built a welcoming environment for all our current patients and she looks forward to making our future patients feel comfortable during their dental visits. Betty Jo is great with kids and has a wonderful way of making our younger patients feel at ease during their visits. Betty Jo's communication with Dr. Aurora is key in making sure the patients needs are met during their time at Solera Dental.

Betty Jo is a newlywed and loves spending time with her husband and her dog Baxter. She enjoys traveling, baking and game nights with family and friends.

KIERSTEN - Dental Assistant
Kiersten was born in California and has been living in Arizona since 1991.  She is a graduate of Pima Medical Institute.  Kiersten did her internship with Solera in 2007.  After her internship, Kiersten moved to Lake Havasu and worked in Orthodontic and Pediatric offices.  Now back in Phoenix, Kiersten has rejoined our office and is bringing to Solera her many skills and varied experiences.

Kiersten is married, has a daughter and has another child on on the way.  Kiersten loves to spend time with her family.  In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing and traveling.
